Julia is a design thinking advocate and innovation methodologies expert, based in Austria. She is co-founder of March, a modern approach to luxury at home.

Julia’s passion is creative problem solving and digital transformation in today’s fast-paced world. With focus on her passion, Julia co-founded March. In times like these, when everything is about speed, many people look for calm and deceleration. March is bringing pure lavender to your home to calm your mind and soul. With March, Julia and her brother transformed the over 100 year-old family farm to an e-com DTC-brand with products which are made in Austria and developed with high-quality ingredients in a careful and sustainable way.

Further, Julia is a Hyper Island trained facilitator and life-long learner. Aiming to help companies embrace a true human-centered focus, her ambition is to identify and implement new ways and tools of working to teams large and small. With that, Julia has co-founded ARC Projects, a business transformation consultancy serving clients across Europe.

Before that, Julia has worked as a senior manager in the digital strategy and transformation team at adidas in Herzogenaurach, working closely with the executive leadership team for the global adidas e-commerce store. She obtained different roles from 2018 - 2023 in both the headquarters as product owner for the adidas mobile app to working in the consumer experience and optimisation team at Reebok in Boston, Massachusetts.

Prior, Julia obtained a Master in Business Administration in Graz, Austria, a Master in Digital Management in Manchester, UK and attended a leadership course at Harvard University’s summer program.
